We are glad that "Karriere" ("Career") Magazine has awarded us the title "fair company".
Company
The innovative Benchmark was developed by VMS. It is the method we use to measure SAP systems directly and automatically – right up to the transaction level. We call this DNA-level benchmark. It allows us to clearly identify the the ‘buttons’ to push, so to speak, to optimize your costs and performance.
The VMS adaptive TCO model precisely reproduces the structure and dynamics of your systems. Your SAP landscape is no longer squeezed into a rigid benchmark framework.
Benchmarking projects with VMS are minimally invasive: and that is because your systems are measured automatically using the VMS DataCollector. Workflows are thereby minimally affected, and the IT staff can instead focus on your day-to-day business.
Our database, the VMS Benchmarkbase, holds detailed data from currently more than 1,900 measured SAP systems. That makes it is the biggest and most detailed SAP benchmark database worldwide.
Last but not least, more than 100 international customers, among them 30 DAX-listed companies (companies listed on the German stock exchange), can attest to the superiority of the VMS methodology and technology.
"Fair Company"
The five rules:
Fair companies...
- Do not substitute full-time jobs for internship positions, putative volunteers, guest students, etc.
- Do not make false promises of an internship to high school students who have applied for a full-time job,
- Do not entice interns with the vague and unrealistic prospect of a full-time job at the end of the internship,
- Offer internships principally as a form of career orientation during the internship period,
- Pay interns an adequate compensation for their expenses.
