VMS analyzed the SAP environment in Germany for Abbott. The VMS Report contained a benchmark of the operating cost structure and a systems analysis. The goal of the analysis was to derive criteria for the company’s strategic direction in Europe. Using a simulation, VMS evaluated various scenarios.
