Using the VMS Report, six Daimler system lines on four continents were analyzed, in three months.

The goal was take the company’s set up, which consisted of in-house systems and outsourced systems, small and large systems, and thin and broader applications, and from that, attain cost and performance transparency. Good IT governance was thus permanently enhanced and supported.
