E-ON AG, Düsseldorf (Germany)
E.ON AG is one of the largest energy providers in the world and runs its SAP systems through its subsidiary, E.ON IS. In order to check the adequateness of the price structure of the agreed services for SAP between E.ON and E.ON IS, Dr. Henning Krüger, Vice President of IT Planning, Controlling, and Sourcing, called on VMS.
After an analysis, it turned out that under the given conditions, E.ON IS is very well positioned in the market, and operates close to best practices, when it comes to price. Because of that, VMS was only able to provide some suggestions in the area of pricing.
