Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH commissioned VMS to initially benchmark and then monitor its SAP ERP and SAP BW systems.

Since the initial benchmark, the performance data of the systems was continuously measured, and at the same time, individual transactions were measured, in terms of cost. The hosting costs were reduced by 20 percent as part of the original analysis. Continuous monitoring of the systems helps to recognize potential for improvement in the performance and in system use.
