Techem is active in over 20 countries and is a service company that provides energy management. In Germany, the company is represented by Techem Energy Services GmbH, which is located in Eschborn, Germany. VMS has used quarterly monitoring for several years to monitor the performance of Techem’s SAP systems. The focus is on the performance of the implemented in-house applications, and how costs develop.
The company was able to achieve considerable savings and performance improvements through hardware and operating system changes, while changing from SAP ERP 4.0B to mySAP ERP 2004. In addition, VMS provided and provides valuable information for the technical side of operations.
