With the DNA-level benchmark, VMS has succeeded in taking a new approach to using benchmarking in order to tackle the problem of providing low-cost, high-quality IT operations.
But since efficiency is what we’re about, the method naturally includes a highly efficient way of using it.
VMS thus offers its services in three forms:
VMS Report
The VMS Report is the project variant. The project is thus based on a concrete task plan (see here for examples)
In a short two to six week period, we lay the foundation for a benchmark by measuring and collecting data, and then we process and present the results. We can complete the project within four to eight weeks.
VMS Monitor
The VMS Monitor is used when VMS’s services are to be integrated into the company’s operations, for example, for SLA reporting, continuous improvement processes, or longer-term projects such as rollouts, or for cost allocations.
Advisory Services
We are available to provide our Advisory Services for individual projects, in which we use the experience gained from the VMS Benchmark Base.
